Delivery area

This store is intended for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. The destinations currently available and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is accepted. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders requiring address verification or additional information may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

After processing, estimated UK delivery is 7–9 business days. The usual total estimate is therefore 8–11 business days from the business day after the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email a tracking link or number after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

Delays, loss and damage
